3. How about the samples?

We could make samples for you, but because of it is customized, the sample fees shoud paid by you. Most samples are free to send to most places in China. If sent to other countries,transport fee shoule be paid by you.

4. What is your warranty for the items? What is the process if the parts do not meet specification?

Our inspector will check samples before mass production, after start production, we also have some inspectors check product every half an hour when we machining them, besides, before shipment, they will recheck parts to make sure it is good parts. If the parts do not meet specification, our inspector will reject it and inform our customer what situation for this item, also we will find a solution.
